When the City of Little Rock sought to assess the effectiveness of its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, they turned to us. Our task was to engage with the city's DEI board, capturing their insights on the impact of DEI goals and policies. We then transformed these perspectives into compelling soundbites and reels, designed to raise awareness and encourage greater public involvement. This campaign aimed to inspire residents to actively participate in shaping Little Rock's future by becoming DEI commissioners.
